I started my journey in real estate in 2018 and, like most agents, was overwhelmed by CRM tools that felt clunky and incomplete. After getting help from a colleague, something was still missing for me.

Common Questions
I get asked the same questions a lot, so let’s break down the most important ones.
Just the basics. Make sure to turn off the Two Factor Authentication feature in Lofty so we can access the system remotely.
Default pipelines in Lofty used are New Leads, Attempting Contact, Nurturing/Cold, Warm, and Hot. Custom pipelines are not used.
For the AI Automation Package, custom segments are created.
We don’t have the capacity to write brand new content for each customer, even using AI. These plans are tested and proven to nurture properly and get responses. You may customize the content as you see fit, but that customization isn’t included in the service.
By default the plans are only installed in the purchaser’s personal library (My Smart Plans). You can select for them to be installed on the Company library. Agents can then copy the plans to their personal library for customization and activation. Copying the plans to each agent library is not included in any services.

Yes. The nurture and qualification plans are designed to apply to leads in the default pipelines listed above. When leads are in those pipelines and the plans are activated by you, the leads will receive the Smart Plan as designed. Unlike other CRMs, Lofty allows the plans to be applied in bulk if needed.
To ensure the best delivery of emails make sure you are using a custom sending email domain in Lofty. To ensure the best delivery of texts in Lofty, register your Lofty number(s) under the A2P 10 DLC regulations by the cell carrier industry.
The service does not include activation or triggering of any Smart Plan. When you are ready to activate the Smart Plans, you do that yourself.
