This is my flagship Smart Plan package – the same system that has been helping agents convert more leads since 2021. My outbound lead referral business is what built this automation system. Before you order: A prerequisite tag list and pipeline name guide will be emailed to you immediately after ordering. Completing this step ensures your system is ready to go when Lofty installs your Smart Plans if you desire to use the package in Full AI Mode. I suggest you perform this task even if you want to start with Drip Only Mode. It makes the transition to Full AI Mode just a few clicks away. This preparation task will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete.

The standard site is not guaranteed for compliance with your brokerage or state advertising requirements. If compliance customization is needed, upgrading to the Full Site gives you the ability to make those changes.
The most common upgrades available in the Lofty Marketplace are Full Site ($79/month), AI Sales Agent ($59/month), Elite Dialer ($79/month), Homeowner Agent ($59/month), and Lofty Present ($20/month). All upgrades are purchased directly through Lofty at your own discretion.
When you cancel, you have until your next billing cycle date to export your leads and move on. Your account will be automatically deleted on that date unless you confirm earlier that you have everything you need. Once deleted, nothing is recoverable. Your database is yours and I do not retain any of it.
Most likely yes. A few exceptions exist that may require additional costs. Metro MLS in Milwaukee, WI is a good example because they have strict IDX requirements that need specific setup to meet compliance. I have more experience with this MLS board than any other Lofty consultant and know exactly what is needed. If you are a member of Metro MLS or have questions about your specific area, contact me before ordering.
Anything that affects how the system works at the company level is not customizable at the agent level. This includes Pipelines, Segments, Custom Fields, and similar features. These are standardized so the system works consistently for everyone on the platform.
