This package combines the Pipeline Automation package and adds AI triage, reengagement, and dynamic database organization.

AI Triage

  • Leads enter the system from your ads/lead funnels and are engaged by the AI Sales Agent in Lofty
  • Based on the conversation during the qualification process, they are tagged with a specific tag (Needs Financing, Just Looking, etc)
  • Tagged leads automatically triaged (sorted) into specified Pipelines to organizing the incoming and responding leads automatically
  • Leads in the specified Pipelines trigger the nurturing Smart Plans which triggers that specific Smart Plan

AI Reengagement

  • Behaviors, such as multiple views of the same property, saving properties, etc will trigger the AI Sales Assistant to engage the lead
  • During the nurturing process, the AI Sales Agent will be triggered to engage the lead and perform a specific action path
  • The specific action path is determined by lead type and behavior type as well as Pipeline status

Dynamic Database Organization

  • Active Segments offer a dynamic and consistent method of ensuring everyone is right where they need to be
  • This eliminates the guesswork of who you should follow up with and who you can leave alone
  • Organization is based on behaviors and communication
  • Reminder timers are set to give a visual queue of how often to manually reach out to the leads
  • These serve as task replacements so your system is less clunky and cumbersome
