This is the Automation package of Smart Plans with the DIY (Do It Yourself) style for setup. You will set up your account so the installation can be automated. You don’t need to worry about anything. It’s easy – just add about a dozen tags and you’re all set. Follow the instructions below and you should be up and running in less than a week tops.
LoftySetup.com Smart Plans will be installed in your account within a few days, typically, but sometimes a week. Before you order, review the task list below and complete it to ensure the best experience possible. Once you place the order, you can download a PDF of the instructions to keep on hand. It’s important to complete this task list before the Smart Plan package is installed in your system.
Installation Instructions – Do this before ordering
The following tags need to be created before the Automation package is installed.
Click on Settings on the top menu. Then Tags on the left menu.
Create the following tags exactly. Copy and paste if needed. The biggest mistake is the format
of the tag. The below tags are correct in format.

AI: Accepted Appointment
AI: Asked for a Call
AI: Intend to Sell
AI: Requested Making Offer
AI: Requested Showing
AI: Want to Sell
AI: Warm
AI: Need Financing
AI: Interested
AI: Just Looking
AI: Long-term
AI: Not Interested
AI: No Response

Doing this before ordering so your system is prepared for the installation is the best practice.
