Simple Workflow:

  • Pipelines used are New Leads, Attempting Contact, Nurturing/Cold, Warm, and Hot
  • New Leads are engaged with the qualification Smart Plan. If they respond, they move to Attempting Contact. If they don’t respond, they move to Nurturing/Cold
  • At the end of each Pipeline Smart Plan, they cascade back to the next coldest pipeline, which triggers the next Smart Plan
  • Hot => Warm => Nurturing/Cold
  • At the end of the Cold plan, the Long Term Nurture plan sequence starts

Hands Off Installation:

  • Tech Team installs the package once the form is filled out; typically takes a few days at the most

  • To ensure the best installation, make sure you have the exact Pipeline names above (they are the Lofty default so this should already be done)
