So what’s the cost? Simple. Pay a one-time launch fee of $299, then only $399 per month!
This can be an intensive setup that takes 7 days or more to finalize. I’ll need to gather information from time to time as the setup progresses, so there may be delays due to the timing of that. The goal is to get the setup done as quickly and efficiently as possible by working as a team together. Typically, the biggest delay is getting the IDX connection due to all the paperwork signing from you, your broker, then MLS reviewing, and finally being sent to Lofty for the final connection. Not all MLS feeds are available (MKE Metro MLS, for example).
READ BEFORE PLACING ORDER – Process Workflow:
- Place your order to pay the one-time $299 launch fee.
- When the order is successful, you will enter your preferred login info and your contact info in the Google form. It must not be a current Lofty account email.
- You will be emailed a form confirming services to sign.
- Once that form is signed and received by me, your seat will be created and setup started for the “Done For You” section.
- When the “Done With You” section is ready, we will schedule a Zoom call to go over the choices. Typically the final items are near completion so the IDX and domain can be connected.
- At this point, an email with invoice for the monthly subscription will start. Once that subscription is paid for the first month, the login will be swapped out to your provided information and you will be all set to run the CRM!
