The onboarding process is straightforward. Most agents have a live IDX site and a working database within 5 to 7 business days.

It is a seat on my Lofty Enterprise account. Your leads, your data, and your site are all yours. I can only see your account for troubleshooting purposes. Nobody on the platform can see your database or your clients. If you ever cancel and want to transfer your account out, that is a standard process Lofty handles on the back end.

Lofty has a standard transfer process where your existing account moves to my Enterprise. Your IDX, your leads, and your site come with you. The transfer is handled by Lofty's tech team on the back end. A few minor things like Smart Plan progress do not carry over, but your data and your site do.

Most areas are fully supported. A few MLS boards have specific IDX requirements that need extra attention. If you are in the Metro MLS in Milwaukee, WI or have questions about your specific board, contact me before signing up. I have more experience with Metro MLS than any other Lofty consultant.

The standard site is not guaranteed to meet every brokerage or state advertising requirement out of the box. The Full Customizable Site upgrade at $79/mo gives you the ability to make those changes yourself. It is available directly in the Lofty Marketplace and is the most common upgrade agents make.

If something is not working right or you do not know how to do something in Lofty, email me. I can usually tell you within a few minutes whether it is a user issue I can walk you through or something that needs to go to Lofty support. If it goes to Lofty, I will CC them on the thread so nothing falls through the cracks. You are not on your own.

Cancel any time before your next billing cycle. You will have until that date to export your leads and database. Your account is deleted on that date. Your data is yours and I do not keep any of it. No clawbacks, no penalties.

No. Epique agents already receive Lofty at no cost with a full customizable site and a built-in Smart Plan package. Signing up here would mean paying for something you already have. It would not make financial sense for you.
