Email us and we update your intake settings. Changes take effect on the next publishing cycle. No forms to resubmit, no new setup fee. For best results, keep these changes to an absolute crucial minimum.
No. Lofty Autopilot is available to any agent with an active Lofty website regardless of where your account lives. If you are on Lofty Launch, even better. It stacks cleanly.
Topics are built around your market and niche. Buyer and seller education, neighborhood content, niche-specific topics like new construction or military relocation, and evergreen real estate content relevant to your area. Focus on the lifestyle and benefits of living in and relocating to your market instead of the same thing your Lofty Market Report already covers. You specify what to focus on and what to leave out during onboarding.
Cancel any time before your next billing cycle. Posts already published to your blog stay on your site. We stop publishing on the cancellation date. Unused portion of the subscription fee for the month will be refunded at a rate of $25 per blog post. If you cancel 5 installed blog posts into the month, you will be refunded for the other 3 that were not installed (3 x $25 = $75 refunded). For purposes of this, "installed" is defined as saved as a draft or published in your Lofty blog.
